Really beautiful place to stay in Izamal! Amazing grounds with a pool and fantastic landscaping. Lots of wild birds and few parrots and parakeets in a cage, as well. Just a few blocks from the center but feels a world away. Breakfast included. Helpful staff. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
This is a beautiful hotel with lush gardens and a cenote swimming pool which is very unique. Very friendly staff with a great selection of rooms with ensuites. This is a must stay in Izamal.
We loved this gorgeous place to stay in the wonderful village of Izamal. The staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms simple and comfy, and the setting was more beautiful than I imagined. The grounds are vast and lush, many birds, a lovely pool and all of this a quick stroll to town. Do not miss out on the wonder that is Izamal and make it even better by staying here.
I had a wonderful time during my stay. I highly recommend taking the sunrise meditation and hike to Kinich. When we got back I also enjoyed a yoga and dance practice. They showed me the birds and bunnies and I hung out at the pool. It’s a secret hideaway, when you walk in , it’s like you’re in another world. Highly recommend and hoping to return soon!
What a delightful spot! The common areas are wonderfully lush and well kept. Workers were all super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and cozy and quiet. The pool is really neat and the area around it is perfect for yoga or reading. Breakfast in the mornings was the best we’ve had! They even offer a laundry service that we desperately needed. Highly recommend this stay!
I just had a wonderful weekend here! Felt a sense of peace from the moment I walked in. Beautiful location surrounded by nature and a Maya jungle like feeling. Delicious (and healthy!) breakfast and dinner and I enjoyed the BEST massage I've ever had from a professional who trained in ayurvedic medicine in India for decades. Very friendly and welcoming multilingual staff who made me feel at home. I would absolutely recommend and I'm definitely coming back for another massage!
The hotel is gorgeous. You stay in the middle of little jungle. Room is a bit dated but the colours, friendly staff will make you forget this. Pool is amazing and they truly make the place better and better with decorations and all. A hidden gem which I hope don't stay hidden! Lovely and quiet stay just 10min walk from centre.
A perfect place to visit with kids; it's like staying in a mini jungle—lush and green, with beautifully painted bungalows scattered around the property. The pool is unique as it's designed like a cenote, the breakfast is excellent and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Izamal is a great town to stay; it's small and calm and very pretty.
